John, age 70, is a Viet Nam disabled vet (US Army, retired SSC D-7) who suffers from Agent Orange exposure. He has suffered multiple health problems for the past 50 years...including diabetes, arthritis, neuropathy and inability to do the activities he loves. The VA now is so overwhelmed that it has cut it's visitations down to once every 8 months--which is little or no help to former servicemen like John.
Thus John goes to a private clinic and doctors for help.
