helping the body heal itself

On a typical day you get up in the morning to get to work. The only problem is that work starts at 9am but you are getting up at 5:30!?!? Think about this, you could fly across the U.S.A. in the same time that you are preparing to get some 5-100 miles to get to work!!! This has already started the stress levels in you to begin a long day of frustration. You get to work, do 8 hours, back in the car for an hour or two, then get home at 7-8pm.
Once you get home you discover that the kids had problems with school, you get into an argument with your spouse over something that is probably not life altering, and your stress level is now very high!!! Well its only MONDAY!! You have to repeat this for the next 4 days!!!
Now lets say that you have some aches and pains, when are you giving your body a chance to actually heal??? Your body is probably screaming out to you to 'give me a break'!! Then we all wonder why 'my elbow has been bothering me for 3 years', or 'the pain in my shoulder has been bothering me for 7 months'. We dont give our bodies the enviroment to let it heal, so what do we do?? We do the complete opposite of what we tell our kids, we DO drugs in order to let the body to create the enviroment to actually be in the 'calm, relaxed state'. But what about the side effects of the drugs? What about if you are one of the 60 million americans that cant even get your drugs because of the lack of health insurance?
Well why not allowing yourself and body do what it is suppossed to do: heal naturally? http://lightfortherapy.com/
